Purple Ribbons

There really hasn't been much change this week from last. B is still going strong and will be baptised on the 24th and we are going to teach his mom today! Its going to be really good. Im sure when she attends his baptism she will feel the spirit and want to follow her son.
That is all really good what you said it is all so true i pray every day that we can find the people who are ready to hear the gospel. Thats amazing that all thoes people showed up for service. There is a girl here in this area . My very first night here in the Taber area we had dinner with her and her family where we learned that she has cancer and has for the past 3 years. She has such a positive attitude about everything in life. In church on Sunday in fast and testimony meeting her grandmother got up and talked about her and she said that she saw her for the first time cry from pain that she had because of the cancer. Her grandma said that she wishes she could take that pain away from her. But she replied by saying no i would never let anyone feel the pain that i am now. She is just an awesome girl. In her time where she is in the worst pain she still shows love for others it reminds me a lot of charity or the pure love of christ. Our investigator B shows so much support for her. He shaved his head for her and just the other day we helped him and a couple of his friends make a sign and tie purple ribbons on a fence it was a great experience.

But anyways i thought i would tell you about some other things. We have 3 other investigators other than B and his mom.  shes in her 40's and  she really likes the gospel she reads the BOM every day but her only problem is that she smokes. She does make some really good cookies though. There are 2 others they are both pretty cool. When one shakes your hand he doesn't let go. He seems pretty interested but W on the other hand not so much she so far only believes in what she thinks is right and really wont change her mind. She is really nice though and loves to chat with us when we stop by. Everywhere in this mission everyone gets cars there are so many cars there are extras parked at one of the stake centers in Calgary. We have a brand new 2013 Subaru it only has about 2200 clicks on it which is about 1300 miles give or take a few miles. It is so weird switching over to the metric system. Like its 20C out side right now which is about 70F its weird to change. The max Speed limit so far i have seen is 110 which is only about 65 MPH its so slow! I hope you are doing good out in Utah. I love you and have fun.
